Tracy 'Buffa' Mortensen

Tracy 'Buffa' Mortensen Obituary Tracy A. Mortensen, age 63, of Ogallala, passed away, Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the Great Plains Health in North Platte, NE. Tracy was born March 13, 1957 to Joseph and Joan (Larsen) Buffa in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Tracy grew up in New Jersey and attended and Colonia High School. She lived in California from 1975-1982, and then moved to Salmon, ID, where she met her husband, Dave. Dave and Tracy were united in marriage in 1995. She enjoyed gardening and always kept a beautiful yard, flowers and garden. Tracy is survived by; her husband, Dave; step-mother, Luba Buffa; sisters, Darlene (Rick) Foust; Jerri Ann Kahl; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. She will be dearly missed and remembered as the most thoughtful and caring person. The family chose cremation and no services are scheduled at this time. Draucker Funeral Home of Ogallala has been entrusted with arrangements.
