Sheila Ann Ballard

Sheila A. Ballard, 72, of Ogallala, passed away Monday, August 31, 2026, at Western Sky Community Care Center in Grant.

Sheila was born on September 16, 1953, to Ray Eugene Ballard and Daisy Maxine (Mahaffey) Ballard in Ogallala.

Sheila graduated from Ogallala High School in 1971, and moved to Grand Island, NE, to attend Grand Island School of Business. She then returned to Ogallala to work for TRW and American Suzuki for 47 years.

Sheila enjoyed working in her yard and doing crossword puzzles. She also loved her cats and dogs very much.  Survivors are her Son Tad of Ogallala.  Private family committal service will be held at a later date.
