Richard Steele Obituary Richard 'Rick' A. Steele, age 55, of Ogallala, passed away, Monday, December 2, 2019 at his home in Ogallala. Richard was born January 25, 1964 to Richard and Sharon (Sullivan) Steele in Ripon, Wisconsin. He went to Ripon High School and graduated in 1983. Richard joined the Army in 1982 and was discharged in 1989, he then attended Moraine Park Tech college where he studied culinary arts. Rick loved the outdoors and was fluent in all things to do with nature and gardening. He enjoyed asparagus hunting, canning and experimenting with hot peppers. Rick loved his nephews John Michael and Kyle Richard Moore. He was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Steele. He is survived by his; father Richard Steele; 1 sister, Linda (John) Moore; and 2 nephews; John and Kyle, all of Loveland, Colorado. The family chose cremation. No services are scheduled at this time. Draucker Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
