Phyllis Richardson Obituary Phyllis Richardson, age 77, of Ogallala, Nebraska, passed away, Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the Indian Hills Manor in Ogallala. Survivors include 2 daughters; Rose Beavers of Edgewater, CO; Pam Roueche, of North Platte, NE; and 1 brother, Gilbert (Beverly) Larsen, of North Platte, NE. She was preceded in death by her husband; and parents, Albert Larsen, and Mildred Wilson. Cremation was chosen. Interment of the cremains will be held at a later date.
