Patricia "Patti" Compton

Patricia "Patti" Compton, 75, of Ogallala, died December 2, 2013, in her home. She was born February 27, 1938 in Tucson, Ariz., the daughter of Yvonne Cluer and Howard Kinney. Patti received her education in Tucson schools. Patti resided in Nebraska since 1972. On November 3, 1980 she was united in marriage to Stan Compton. Her hobbies included arrowhead hunting, gardening, and watching birds from her porch. Preceding her in death was her husband Stan in May 2012 and her parents. Survivors include her daughter Daniella Compton of Mobile, Ala.; and step-children Shonna (husband Brian) Storz of Danville, Ken.; and Scott Compton of Petaluma, Cal. The family chose cremation. There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
