Kimberly Weaver Obituary Kimberly Ann (Foster) Weaver, age 49 of Ogallala, went to be with her Lord on November 2, 2021, at Ogallala Community Hospital. Kimberly was born on September 14, 1972 in Grand Island, Ne. She was raised in Cheyenne, Wy. and attended East High School. She is survived by her parents Rusty and Cheryl (Webster) Foster of Mesa, Az, brother Michael Foster, of Mesa, Az., and by her daughter Shawna Toohey of San Angelo, TX., and son Marcus Dunne of Darbe, Mt. Kim was a beloved daughter and beloved younger sister of her older brother Mike. May she rest in peace in the arms of her Lord.
