Joan 'Jo' Johnson, 86, of Lemoyne, peacefully passed away in her home on July 7, 2017 with her daughters by her side. Jo was a devoted wife to Robert 'Bob' Johnson and they were long time residents of Lemoyne, Nebraska over 40 years. Jo was born in Liverpool, England where she met Bob and they moved to the States in 1952. Jo was an avid outdoors woman, fisherwoman, master gardener, biker, seamstress, loving mother, grandmother and a friend to many. Joan is preceded in death by her husband Bob. She leaves behind her daughters Debby and Tina and her son Robert, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Lemoyne Senior Center on Saturday, July 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friends are invited to come and share stories and a dish for a pot luck luncheon. Online condolences may be sent by signing the Guest Book. Draucker Funeral Home of Ogallala is entrusted with the arrangements.
