Jeannette Duskin Obituary On Friday, January 22, 2021, Jeannette Duskin, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt passed away at the age of 85 at her home on Lake McConaughy, Brule, Nebraska. Jeannette was born on April 11, 1935 in Denver, Colorado to Edward and Lulua (McBroom) Jennings. Jeannette had a passion for life and enjoyed traveling, fishing, boating, gambling, and cheering on her favorite football team, the Broncos. Most of all she cherished spending quality time with her family. Jeannette met Glen (Chuck) McGrath in 1960 and raised up a family with 3 children, Steve Allen, JoAn and Paul. They were together until 2016 when Mr. McGrath passed away. She was blessed to fall in love again and remarried James (Jim) Duskin in 2018. They were happily married and lived together at there home at Lake View, Brule, Nebraska. Jeannette was a generous, good hearted woman with a fabulous sense of humor. Jeannette was preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings: Ester, Pete, Ronnie, Richard, Neil (Punky), Betty and Roxanne, her former husband Glen F. McGrath and her daughter JoAnn Richards. She is survived by her husband, Jim Duskin, children: Steve Richards and Paul Richards, grandchildren: Rick Stanton, Chris Richards, Kevin Stanton, Jason Richards, Sandy Stanton, Elizabeth Stanton, Paul Jr. Richards, Briana Richards, and LeAnn Richards and great-grandchildren: Lilly Malcolm, Bailey Ross, Hannah Morgan, Mariah Stanton, Rylan Morgan, and Briley Ross. She is also survived by many special nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews whom she loved deeply. The visitation and memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 4th, 2021 at Romero Family Funeral Home at 4750 Tejon St. in Denver Colorado (9:00 a.m. viewing and 10:00 a.m. memorial service). Following the memorial service, a graveside service will take place at Riverside Cemetery at 5201 Brighton Blvd. in Denver. After the graveside service, a reception will be held at the Loyal Order of Moose at 11449 York St. in Northglenn (please bring a dish to share).
