Fairy Aline (Tolle) Myers age 95, of Ogallala passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Indian Hills Manor.
Fairy was born on May 13, 1929 to Earl Tolle and Leola Frasier in Yoder, Wyoming. Her mother passed away during childbirth with her baby brother, Dale, when she was two. Her father relocated her and her older brother, Earl Jr. to Nebraska.
She married Charles Myers on October 2, 1945, and had four children. Daniel Myers, Ruth Myers, Thomas Myers, and Bonnie (Myers) Nemecek. They lived on their family farm in Elm Creek. She worked at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska as a Telemetry Technician in the ICU for over 30 years. Fairy moved to Ogallala, NE in July of 2008 where she remained surrounded by family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Myers, sister Bonnie Tolle, brother Earl Jr, granddaughter, Rebecca Myers, daughters Ruth Myers, Bonnie (Myers) Nemecek, and son Daniel Myers. She is survived by her youngest son, Thomas Myers, and nine grandchildren, Jason (Suzy) Hiltibrand, Jodi Castillo, Shantel Nemecek, Zach Myers, Christopher Myers, Monica Myers, Daniel Myers, Kenna Myers, and Chad Clark. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will be having a small graveside ceremony on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at Elm Creek Cemetery.
