Claudette Marie Hornkohl

Claudette M. Hornkohl, 76, of Ogallala, passed away Saturday, June 06, 2026, at the Ogallala Community Hospital.

Claudette married Dale Hornkohl in 1988 and made their home in Ogallala.

She worked for TRW and American Suzuki for 40 years.

Claudette loved camping, fishing, crossword puzzles, plants, old westerns, reruns of NCIS and dancing to country music.

She is survived by her husband Dale, two sons Daniel (Nicole) Heble, Mike Heble, both of Ogallala, daughter Tina Conroy of McCook, NE, and 11 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Day and Agnes (Hobbs) Day, her two sisters Pamela Erickson and Connie Rogers and her brother Alvin Day.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Draucker Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Matt Waitley of New Hope Church in Ogallala officiating.

Memorials are established to the New Hope Church in Ogallala.
