Beverly Ann French

After a joyfully busy life as a rancher's wife, mother, and grandmother, Beverly Cox French went to be with Jesus. Beverly was healed of Parkinson's disease and all ailments on May 20, 2015. Beverly was born October 3, 1938 in Alliance, NE, the daughter of Donald and Donna (Osborn) Cox. Beverly grew up on a ranch homesteaded by her grandparents and attended a one room country school north of Mullen. She graduated from Mullen High School and then graduated from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor's degree in Home Economics. She married her high school sweetheart, Roger French. They raised three children on a ranch that was homesteaded by Roger's grandparents. Beverly enjoyed gardening, sewing, antiques, genealogy, reading, and spending time with her family and Sandhills community friends. She was a proud member of Daughters of the American Revolution as well as many other organizations. Some of those missing Beverly include her husband Roger French of Mullen, two daughters: Wanda (Brian) Lousberg of Firestone, CO and Anne (Howard) Kauk of Omaha; her son Jerry (Tonya) French of Kremmling, CO; one brother Marvin (Linda) Cox of Mullen, and seven grandchildren: Chad Lousberg, Megan Kauk, Shanna Lousberg Murphy, Courtney Kauk, Shiloh French, Taylah French, and Chisum French. The family chose cremation. The memorial service will be Friday, May 29, at 2 p.m. MDT in the Sandhills Community Bible Church in Mullen. Pastor Mark Danielson and Kurt Businitz will officiate.
