Ashlee Rene Romine

Ashlee Romine, 38, of Lemoyne, Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, surrounded by her family after a brief, but difficult, battle with a sudden illness. Ashlee was born to Randy and Jackie (Crosier) Romine as part of an identical twin set on March 28, 1988, in Anchorage, Alaska.

She is survived by her parents, her fiancé; Stacey Campbell, her son; Dawson Romine, half-brother; Chad Miller, sisters; Desiree (Clint) Hiatt, and Randee Romine, nieces; Sawyer and Charlee Hiatt, and Ainslee Thomsen as well as multiple extended family members and friends. She leaves behind her two dogs Marge and Ammo, and her cat, Raji, who she loved fiercely.

Ashlee’s family would like to extend endless gratitude to Great Plains Health in North Platte. They were so incredibly kind and compassionate to everyone, especially Ashlee, while providing round-the-clock care. You were all amazing and your patients are lucky to have you.
