Allan Keyes Obituary Allan Richard Keyes, 82, passed away at Indian Hills Manor, in Ogallala, NE on June 13, 2021. Allan was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years. Barbara Ann Keyes (Matunas) passed away at home on August 20, 2020. Allan and Barbara were both born in Gary, Indiana. They met in high school and were married in 1959. Al and Barbe settled in the Gary area. The family then relocated for Als career many times living in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, New Mexico, Colorado, and finally retiring in 2000 at Lake McConaughy in Ogallala, NE. Allan worked in the retail grocery industry for many years and enjoyed his retirement working in the produce department at the Safeway store in Ogallala. Allan and Barbara are survived by their daughters; Kimberly (James) Phifer of Frederick, CO and Kelly (Mark) Pearson of Broomfield, CO. They had 6 grandchildren, Heather (Greg) Loomis, Brittney, Courtney, Hayden, Mackenzie and Victoria and two great grandchildren, Jacob and Landen. No Services are scheduled at this time.
