OBITUARY
Former Brule resident, Charlie
'Chuck' Berlis died in Denver on March 27, 2007. Chuck was born October 26, 1964
in Ogallala, the son of George and Joan Berlis. Chuck attended Brule Public
School.
He joined the
Army in 1981. After being discharged he lived
in Illinois and Iowa for several years, moving to the Denver area in 1991.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents Charlie and Fern Osborn and Glen Petersen; and two brothers Butch and Tony.
Survivors include his mother Joan Berlis of North Platte; three sisters Linda Berlis of Littleton, CO, Belle and her husband Martin Enderle of North Platte, and Lori Berlis of Lincoln; one brother Scott Berlis of Denver, CO.
Also four nieces and nephews.
A dual Memorial Service for Charlie 'Chuck' Berlis and his father, George Berlis who died April 12, 2009 will be Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at Draucker Funeral Home. Rev. Phil Ewert will officiate.
Draucker Funeral Home of Ogallala is in charge of arrangements.
