OBITUARY
Ruth Elizabeth Osbeck, age 101, of Lakewood CO and formerly of Ogallala, died
July 27, 2008 at the Meridian Retirement Community in Lakewood.
Ruth was born March 17, 1907 in Matteson, IL, the daughter of LeRoy and Laura Schroeder Weller. Ruth married George W. Osbeck and they were longtime residents of Ogallala and members of the First United Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband George in 1984.
Survivors include two daughters Margaret (Ron) Saari of Arvada, CO. and Mary (Murray) Rickman of Ventura, CA. Two Granddaughters: Carla McCurdy of Albuquerque, NM and Christine McCurdy of Spearfish, SD.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 30 at 11 a.m. at the Ogallala Cemetery. Rev. Phil Ewert will officiate.
