Rosella was born June 25, 1952 in Los Angeles, CA, the daughter of Calvin and Betty Ann Luckow Mellish. As a young child Rosella moved with her family to Puyallup, WA.

She graduated from Puyallup, WA. High School in 1970. Rosella moved to Ogallala where she worked at Indian Hills Manor.

In 1978 Rosella married John Froschheiser at St. Pauls Lutheran Church. The couple made their home on a farm south of Roscoe. She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers.

Survivors include her husband John Froschheiser of Ogallala, her mother Betty Ann and her husband Joe Lastufka of Puyallup, WA. Two sisters-in-law: Marie Sibal of Ogallala and Ruth Bushkovski of Denver, CO.

Visitation will be Friday, April 11, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Draucker Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 12, at 10 a.m. in St. Pauls Lutheran Church with Rev. David Dobbertien officiating.

Interment in the Ogallala Cemetery. A memorial has been established to St. Pauls Lutheran Church.
