OBITUARY
John Froschheiser, 90, longtime Keith County farmer, died Saturday, May 8, 2010
in the Ogallala Community Hospital.

John was born October 14, 1919 in Lincoln, Ne., the son of Conrad and Elizabeth
George Froschheiser.
He moved with his family to a farmstead southeast of Roscoe when he was a young
child. John attended a country school north of Madrid.
John was involved in farming his entire life. On February 4, 1978 he married
Rosella J. Mellish at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Ogallala. The couple
continued to operate the family farm until he moved to Wel-Life in April 2008
and in November 2009 he moved to Indian Hills Manor.
He was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church. He enjoyed all aspects of farming
and maintaining his tractors.
Preceding him in death was his wife Rosella in 2008, his parents, two sisters
Lydia Gross and Rosa Armknecht, two brothers Alex Froschheiser and Conrad
Froschheiser, and five nephews.
Survivors include two sisters: Marie Sibal of Ogallala and Ruth Bushkovski of
Denver, CO. and many nieces and nephews and close friends Pat and Kris Aerni of
Madrid.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 12, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.at Draucker Funeral
Home. Funeral Service will be Thursday, May 13, at 10 a.m. at St. Pauls Lutheran
Church in Ogallala. Rev. Robert Pierce will officiate.
Interment in the Ogallala Cemetery. A memorial has been established to St. Pauls
Lutheran Church.
