Mr. & Mrs. Arnold Draucker purchased
the Stone Funeral Home in Ogallala, NE on March 22, 1951 from Mr. & Mrs. L.R.
Stone. Arnold, who was a licensed Funeral Director, managed the Davis
Funeral Home in Cozad, NE prior to moving to Ogallala. They renamed the
Stone Funeral Home to Draucker Funeral Home in 1951. |

Jerome "Jerry" L. Draucker joined the
family Funeral Service after returning from the Navy during the Korean Conflict
in 1954. Jerry completed his education at Nebraska Wesleyan University and
the California College of Mortuary Science. Jerry and his wife Barbara
purchased the Draucker Funeral Home from his parents in 1970. |

Craig M. Draucker, third generation
Funeral Director, joined the family as a licensed Funeral Director in 1991.
Craig attended college at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, CO and
completed his education at the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, Dallas, TX.
Craig served his apprenticeship at the Apfel Butler Funeral Home in Grand
Island, NE. He managed the Kucera Funeral Home in Schuyler, NE until
joining the family business. |

Evelyn "Evie" K. Dunn,
Evie was raised in eastern Nebraska, graduating from high school in
1964. She moved to western Nebr. in 1972 and to Ogallala in 1977. Evie
was co-owner of a flower shop for sixteen years while raising a son and
daughter. She began employment at Draucker Funeral Home in 1996.
Evie manages the front office and has varied duties. She is a member of
St. Pauls Lutheran Church and serves on the finance board and altar
guild. |

Joe Dunn,is a retired plasterer and dry wall finisher. While
raising six sons he resided in several states including Cal., Nev., and
Idaho. He relocated to Nebraska in 1991. In 1998 Joe began
assisting during funeral services, being an extra driver, and helping
with repairs and maintenance around the Funeral Home. Joe is a member
of Radiant Life Assembly of God and has served as a deacon.
